"Thanks for your email, however it doesn’t give me my book. If we don’t hear from them in the next couple of days we will refund you in full for your purchase. We remain hopeful we will hear from them and then your book will be on its way to you. The tracking information shows they have received your book, but we haven’t had a reply as yet. We have emailed this customer twice requesting they notify us when they received your book so we could provide a courier booking for transfer to you.
